Dogs Connect is an innovative learning program, introducing a wellbeing dog into the classroom. It is an Australia first learning program that helps improve culture in schools by focusing on student wellbeing and connectedness.

Dogs connect dogs are not therapy dogs; they are Wellbeing Dogs. We include them in our school life classrooms for engagement and for staff and students to improve connectedness and mental health.

Polly is our wellbeing dog who works in classrooms and with our wellbeing staff. She loves reading, going out for physical education, walking around on yard duty with the teachers and generally helping out where she can when students aren’t having the best day.
